Q- How do I place an order on Sam Home Collection?

A-You can add the chosen items to your shopping cart and place an order on our website, or you can also get in touch with us at +91-9639222136 and we can place the order on your behalf.

 

Q- What if I received a Damage Mirror?

A- You will need to initiate a exchange request in case you received damage item within 24 Hours of Delivery. 

Q- Do you accept returns?

A- We accept returns only in case of Wrong item delivery.

Q-Do you customise?

A- Yes, we customise some items, Please contact customer service with your request.

Q- Can I place an order on Whatsapp?

Q-Where are you based out of? Do you have a physical store?

A-We are Moradabad and our warehouse is located in both Moradabad. We currently do not have any physical stores.You can find our factory address in contact us page.

 

Q-How do I track the status of my order?

A-As soon as your order has been placed, an email with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

 

Q-Can I change my shipping or billing address after an order has been placed?

A-Yes, you can do so either by contacting us through email or on our WhatsApp helpline number provided in the “Contact us” section on our website. 

 

Q- Can I see the products before I buy them?

A-It is not possible to share samples of our collection with you. However, we can share real-time images if required on a case-to-case basis.We are committed to providing premium quality products to our customers. Once you receive your order, you are simply going to love our range for its supreme quality and finish. You can also cross-check reviews for the concerned product on the respective product page on our website before placing an order.

 

Q-What is the origin of the product? Which country?

A-All our products are manufactured by us in India.

 

Q-Do I get a first-time customer discount?

A-Yes, you get 10% on order for first time.

 

 

Q-Do you ship internationally?

A-Not currently

 

 

Q-   What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?

A-We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a Unboxing video and  photos of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.   

We ship several thousand parcels a day and incorrect products, missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In such a case, please reach out to our team via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the Sam Home Collection team within 24 hours of receiving the successful delivery email/SMS.     

 

Q-Do I need to keep anything in mind while returning your product?We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

 

 

 

Q-What is your cancellation policy?

A-Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Sam Home Collection reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Sam Home Collection will reserve the right to charge 2-way shipping costs.

 

Q-Instead of store credit, can I get a refund?

As per our policy, we do not offer refunds and can only offer you store credit in exchange for your return request. Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be used anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations. 

 

 

Q- How can I place a Bulk Order through Sam Home Collection?A- You can share your order query with us via email or WhatsApp and our team will get in touch with you at the earliest.

 

Q-Can I customize an item?

A-No, we do not customize any of our products. However, you can add a gift wrap or gift message at the checkout page while placing your order.

 

Q-Can I sell my products on Sam Home Collection website?

A-You can share your details at contact@samhomecollection.com. Our team will get in touch with you.

 

Q-What are my various Payment options? 

A-You can prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, Paypal, or Razorpay. We also have a Cash on Delivery option. In case you have a Sam Home Collection Gift card or discount code, you can use that to pay - just add the code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ tab on the Checkout page and click on ‘Apply’.

 

Q-Is COD available?

A-NO, Cash on Delivery NOT AVAILABLE

 

Q-Can I pay through a bank transfer?

A-Yes, you can get in touch with our customer care team and we will share the required details with you.

 

Q-Does Sam Home Collection retain my card or account details?A-Your personal information is absolutely safe with us.

Your personal information is only used to contact you regarding your order, to deliver your products, and to send communication that you may have opted to receive. We never share your information with any third party.
