At Sam Home Collection, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a clear and transparent return process. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
- Wrong Product Delivery: Returns are accepted only if the wrong product has been delivered.
- Damaged Products: Exchanges are available only for the same product in the case of damages.

- We strongly recommend checking the unedited images of products available on our social media pages and website before placing your order.
Parcel Opening Instructions
To ensure a smooth claims process, the following steps are mandatory:
- Record a 360-degree parcel opening video without any pauses, trims, or cuts. Ensure the parcel is clearly visible throughout the video.
- Open and inspect the parcel on the same day of delivery. Claims for defective or incorrect items will not be entertained without an opening video.
- For fragile items like mirrors or glass, claims will not be accepted if the product is unboxed more than 24 hours after delivery.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
Return Process

- Returns must be shipped to the following address:
NH-09, Near Toll Tax Plaza, Bypass Road, Moradabad, 244001, UP, India. - If the return is approved, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please:
- Provide a parcel opening video showing the item and courier bag.
- This video is required to file a claim with the courier company. Without it, claims for damaged items cannot be processed.
For fragile items such as mirrors and glass:
- Broken items must be disposed of as they are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items opened beyond the specified time frames mentioned above.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of gift cards, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your gift card, please contact us at samhomecollection1@gmail.com.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email, text message, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
- Please note that tracking details typically become available 24 business hours after the shipping label is created.
- The order status may remain as "Processing" until the item is delivered.
